FINALLY UPDATED MY BLOG SINGAPORE TRIP^^(must read posts*)

"Hey,i'm back mann..!!!i'm so sorry for didn update my blog for a long time... because i was busy ,as well for vacation with my family in Singapore.Well,let me turn the clock back.Well Last week ,i went to singapore ...".....the phrase was copied from my friends blog...lOL... http://alvinngtzeyang.blogspot.com/ ....i didnt think he would mind cause his blog is dropped dead...lol...so ok...i went to singapore ate 4 meals a day....not including breakfast..(lunch,afternoon snack,Hi tea,Dinner...)

So these are some pics....

this is a Chawan Mushi from Sushi Tei.u can see its covered with fish roe(egg)....its like Sakae Sushi in Penang...but much different...they have Live lobsters sashimi...its too cruel.i didnt order this time...ordered last time..they just pull the lobsters head off..cut the shell off..and serve it to u...u can still see the lorbsters head still moving on the plate if u order it...

Well..this is something very very unique and special..saw it in the mall...sorry i couldnt take a more clearer pic....this is a slipper without straps....u just put ur feet on it and it sticks on...its somekind of a glue...that doesnt wear out easily...after it becomes un-sticky...u can just wash in warm water...some body soap...and a toothbrush...just wash..and its sticky again...LOL...i got 2 in my house...

Just read it yourself...its pretty cool...i bought one...my dad also got one too...its a keychain..its called MINI ME....u take a picture...and u choose a keychain style u want...and then after 15 minutes...u come and collect it..

This is mine.....i chose the frame ...and i made my ugly face...to suit the keychain well....

This is a "Xiao Long Bao" it means Little Steam-Basket Dumplings...if translated literally...its called little steam basket dumplings because..it is steamed in these bamboo made baskets...its very juicy inside...the correct way to eat this is to....

1st. Put the dumpling on a soup spoon.

2nd.Bite a small hole on the side and sip the soup from the dumpling.

3rd.dip it in black vinegar.and put some ginger...

4.th enjoy the little explosion of the remainder soup inside the dumpling..

This next famous dish is a MUST ORDER...it can be eaten by anyone..no allergies..no meat...and yet so delicious.its good for all...Even vegetarians...u can see i have took bite to let u see the inside of it....its radish inside...very very tasty..its very very delicate...when u hold it with ur chopsticks or hand...MAke sure dont break it...u can see the outer layer of this cute little piece of heaven is very fragile....do order this when u go out for chinese...

this is a Famous Singapore dish...Singapore Katong Laksa....itis very tasty..far different from Penang's Asam laksa...is is abit like curry noodle in Penang..but 100x more tastier...you can taste the rich coconut milk used just to make the laksa soup for this dish...just to keep my blog running...i even went to the most famous Katong Laksa in Singapore....here it is

very very yummy...and i also ordered a big bowl..so u can see they give a generous amount of prawn...and fishcake....very yummy...the green thingy at the top is a kind of spice...very very aromatic...blends into the soup of the laksa...very nice...its a good combintion with the coconut milk...a must for the dish....

And if u went to Singapore and haven't tried out Katong Laksa...u can go to hell...well not literally...just dont tell anyone u gone to Singapore and haven't tried out Katong Laksa...u'll get beaten to death...haha..maybe not...thats it.....see ya next time on my posts...
